The airline “UTair — Helicopter services” plans to add to its fleet of over 30 helicopters to 2027 in the framework of the adopted strategy of the operator to update the fleet of helicopters Mi-17, said Togi Oleg Semenov, the first Deputy General Director for Commerce, within the framework of the “Helicopter forum — 2018”.

“We are now in the phase of negotiations with the “Helicopters of Russia” on the conditions of supply. To tell you more until you can, as contracts not yet signed,” — said Semyonov.

Part of the supplies included in this development strategy, has already taken place: in 2017-2018 the company “UTair — Helicopter services” received eight helicopters Mi-8AMT. It is known that in may of this year “Helicopters of Russia”, the group “UTair” and “VEB-leasing” have signed the Memorandum of cooperation on the expansion of the fleet operator.
